MEDBreathe PROGRAM

Activate the program.

  • Measure your pulse.

  • Enter your pulse data in the window or set it to 70 beats.

  • In the upper left window, select the antivirus treatment program.

  • In the upper right window, select your breathing preparation level. Always start with the initial levels; if breathing at this level feels easy, progress to a more difficult level.

  • One breathing cycle lasts 10 minutes; up to 6 cycles per day can be performed, inhaling and exhaling through the nose.

  • If dizziness occurs, stop the program and rest. If dizziness recurs, change the program or adjust your level—you are not yet ready for this level or need a different program.

Assess your breathing:

Exercise effectiveness is monitored using an indicator called the control pause. Calmly inhale and exhale, then hold your breath until you feel the urge to inhale, but without needing to breathe through your mouth to restore breathing. Time this in seconds and record it in your diary. With a control pause of 20-30 seconds, the duration for recovering from acute respiratory infections and viruses is reduced from 5-7 days to 1-2 days, and potential complications (sinusitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial obstruction) are absent.

A control pause of more than 40 seconds allows complete immune system restoration and establishes a reliable preventive barrier against viruses and chronic disease relapses. Starting position: standing, sitting, or lying down (whichever is comfortable at the moment). Torso muscles are relaxed. Breathe quietly, calmly, and smoothly.

One breathing cycle lasts 10 minutes; up to 6 cycles per day can be performed, inhaling and exhaling through the nose.

Antiviral Breathing Exercises

Incorrect, excessively deep breathing becomes the cause of such common pathologies as bronchial asthma, hypertension, pneumonia, and others.

The issue is that deep inhalation and, correspondingly, exhalation leads to decreased carbon dioxide concentration in the blood. This in turn causes a shift in acid-base balance and metabolic disturbances in cells, as well as bronchial and vascular spasm.

Spasmodic vessels fail to deliver sufficient oxygen to tissues, leading to oxygen deprivation. This also disrupts the binding of hemoglobin and oxygen, and the connection between antigen and antibodies, which is critically important for fighting viruses.

On the contrary, one should breathe shallowly and lightly while simultaneously relaxing—only this will lead to restoration of metabolic processes, body purification, and improved condition. Air passing through the nose is warmed to 36.6°C, disinfected, and humidified; therefore, nasal breathing is a natural defense against viral and cold illnesses in children and adults. Our Antiviral Breathing Exercise method helps with viral diseases, bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, COPD, allergies, angina and other heart diseases, migraines, gastrointestinal colic, and hypertension.

The automated program for yogic and other types of breathing exercises is designed for:

  • Relieving mental or physical fatigue, drowsiness

  • Increasing tone and work capacity

  • Relieving nervous tension, stress, anxiety

  • General health improvement and prevention of various diseases

  • Treating colds and respiratory diseases during viral epidemics

  • Treating hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases

  • Relieving headaches, eliminating insomnia

  • Reducing excess weight and decreasing appetite

  • Overcoming harmful habits

Antiviral breathing is safe and effective protection against viruses.

Normalizing breathing means normalizing immunity. There have been periods in my life when I had to work extensively with people suffering from severe viral infections. When I used Antiviral Breathing during these times, I did not become infected.

Viruses attack those whose breathing is deep and, as a consequence, whose immunity is weakened. My advice: if you fear contracting coronavirus, start strengthening your immunity right now—don't waste time. Begin normalizing your own breathing.

Are there any ways to avoid coronavirus infection? One effective protective measure is breathing through the nose.

The fact is that coronavirus is transmitted through airborne droplets. During coughing and sneezing, even during ordinary conversation, micro-droplets of saliva containing the virus can spread around a person.

Fortunately, the human nose is constructed such that most viruses landing on its mucous membrane immediately die. The nasal mucous membrane produces special substances that kill viral and microbial flora. Normal human immunity is so powerful that no infection is frightening to us, even highly dangerous ones. Specialists know, for example, about the remarkable protective property of our skin—on clean, healthy hands, pathogens of highly dangerous infections such as plague, cholera, and typhus perish.

The environment created by the nasal mucous membrane proves unsuitable for viral survival. When a person breathes through the nose, one could say they sterilize the air they consume and thus protect themselves.

Nasal breathing is one of the most powerful protective measures during an epidemic. Such breathing disinfects, warms, and humidifies the air—that is, creates ideal conditions for its consumption. It is important to breathe through the nose not only during the day but also at night, as well as when talking.

When a person breathes through the mouth, harmful microbes directly enter their respiratory tract.

No less important is the fact that air passing through the nasal passages is warmed to the necessary temperature and only then enters the bronchi and lungs. Body temperature, as is known, is 36.6°C, so atmospheric air at temperatures below this figure is considered cold for breathing. Mouth breathing of cold air causes local hypothermia and reduction of local immunity, which may cause the development of respiratory diseases, tonsillitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, pharyngitis, and laryngitis. Incidentally, mouth breathing in children is often the sole cause of chronic tonsillitis, which sooner or later results in surgical intervention, as well as the cause of frequent colds and bronchitis.

If a person infected with a virus begins doing Antiviral Breathing, the illness, as a rule, resolves within two to three days. Antiviral Breathing significantly shortens the duration of acute illness. Without leaving bed, the patient, in a lying position, is capable of performing breathing exercises that boost their immunity.

Simultaneously with breathing exercises, one can continue symptomatic treatment of the virus—that is, take medications that alleviate disease manifestations. One should also drink plenty of fluids, especially hot and acidic beverages.

Overall, Antiviral Breathing is a highly effective tool in fighting viruses. This method is absolutely safe and substantially increases the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatment for viruses.
